I don't mean to get all up in your goodies and business but I say keep them. shit happens. that's how we learn. next time im sure this won't happen. btw how much does ia charge for a 21in basket by its self? if you know...=/

Its not hard to make them, but if you don't get the coil perfectly centered when you push down they will get off kilter and scrub.

how hard is it to make a shim? seriously, i dont know how hard it is.

Not hard at all.. Im guessing he didnt have them in there tight... You have to keep adding paper or whatever your using until it is TIGHT.... U dont want it to tight to wear you cant get the shim out but u want to make sure its very snug.. Also you can use whatever you want as long as it dosent overlap and it goes atleast 3/4 of the way around the pole
