They're not 2012's, they have had this model since early 2011, they're the current models, but they weren't made like this this year, actually my AB subs have been coming with this basket since july of 2011, and the only thing that changed on the sub is the basket. Also, I don't know why anyone would say anything about my comment of these being the best subs in the industry for the money, you can't name me 1 subwoofer that'll beat an XFL for under hell I'll go as far as to say $300, and I'm not talking SQ, I'm talking power handling RUMPS, I had 2 XFL 10" subs on an AB 500.1 in the trunk for 9 months, going HAM, then took them out and sold them in good condition.

Yes these are sold. and centergod iirc these baskets use a 9 and 8in spider where as the old are 7 or 7.5. if anyone is still interested in any xfls i can give a good deal on some reconed ones.
