Have spoke to Bob about this a couple times.... what their doing is rating them on 16 volts.

It's not overrating exactly (it WILL do the rated power - on 16 volts) - but definitely a bit misleading.

As mentioned, expect around 1500-1800 watts on 14.4 volts.

It's cool I should have just thrown up what American Bass used as its "rating".
