how do the 6.5's sound? Do you have the crossover or tweets to go with them?

i wasn't able to get them in my doors, i only powered them for about 5 secs free air just to test that they work.

These are the SPX-177A's (first type-x's i believe)

my friend has the 177R's (2nd one i think) and his mid bass is really nice, I can only assume that these are just as good [appearance-wise, the 2nd type-x's look better]

I don't have tweets or xovers, i bought these off nosaj for 50 shipped, didn't fit, so selling back for 50 shipped, losing on shipping

my guess is that they are good to at least 3500hz. I have the type x tweets, and they go down to 3-3500hz. Just a guess, though.
