Description/Condition:
The alternator is used. I purchased the alternator new for $400, straight from mechman.
The alternator will come with the wiring harness, in the original mechman packaging
This alternator is also equipped with an external voltage regulator.
The issue:
When i pulled the alternator out, it was charging in the mid 13's. I contacted Mechman about this, and they said it was most likely that the external voltage regulator needed adjusted, but they wouldnt be able to verify that unless i sent it into them.They also refused to perform any 3rd party shipping (i cant ship to them, and have them ship it to the buyer)
I would adjust/test the alternator myself.... but i do not have my avalanche here with me at school.
I used this alternator to push about 4krms worth of amplifiers, so it DOES work.
However, since i have no way to adjust the regulator myself, i am selling this "as is"

I will consider trading it for MINT subs, mainly looking for DD, TC Sounds/Audiopulse/Eclipse, SSA, probably not too much beyond that.
