Frozen Sub

I bought an L7 off ebay 08 model,and the coils read fine,but the cone is frozen or very stiff make the rubbing sound like a blown sub,could it still be blown and the coils still read good? Could it be some debri in the coils?

put 5k rms to it, see if it moves.

or try plugging it into a wall socket..

mine blew and i did nothing wrong.....the crappy glue in the cone broke and fell down into the magnet and cause a helll of alot of friction
