Ok well i am redoing my complete system. i am use to working with subs and bass. So working with a good front stage is new to me.

I have a 2000 Isuzu Hombre, std cab. I am wanting to put four 5-5.25" mids, and four tweets in each door.( i will not be running dash speakers.)

The question is name some good brands other then the ones that cost an arm and a leg, and what kind of arrangement should i place these on my doors?

here is some pics of the current setup and door panels. For now i have memphis 6.5 comp. set, and 4x6 dash speakers.

I am also upgrading my subs as soon as my new company has their 8's ready.

powerbass offers a nice set of comps!! if you can try to go to a 6 1/2''... as far as sound stage..... think about when you go to a concert... the band is in front... you want 80% of the sound to come from the front... i'd segest putting the woofers low in the door or about knee level... the tweets you want as far forward as you can put them... about eye level...

ive done countless component installs with the woofer in the door and the tweet in the sail panel or the pillar's at about eye level.... sounded great to me.....but good question........ i dont know that mutch... im sure someone will post with a good answer for ya...
