front right door speakers come on when they want??

I just got an alpine iva-d900 installed(worked wonders)anyhow my front passenger door speakers only seem to come on when the feel like it.Any idea what this could be,I also get a slight eletrical type buzzin from them when nothing is playin? Are they blown or is it somthing else?

bad ground somewhere....speakers...rca`s...maybe even a faulty ground on your HU
