Friends Liking Audiobahn?!?!

When a friend tells me that they have 2 audiobahns that does 450watt rms with a 1000+ watt amp, how can i explain to them that all that shi* is bullshi* and it will start smoking eventually in a nice way?

Like these guys really think audiobahns fell from heaven. What should i say to them in a nicely manner?

they say that audiobahn around here is the best, and ppl mock me when i tell them i run USAmps for my highs... and they make fun of the plam tree but when i get technical they all just stay quiet and say.. well audiobahn is the best bcuz they won 4 years in a row in import tuner, then i come back and say yeah bcuz they shiny like my clean *** and then they start *****ing. w/e jus tell them that audiobling is a pos.

Challenge them. Tell them you can find a single sub of the same size that will flat out destroy their audiobahn setup. Then go out and pick up an IA LI or a RE MT and build a box for SPL. Get the setup metered so they can see how bad audiobahn really is. Also, ask them how much they paid for the bling vs a sub of decent quality. Hell man, out in diego I'm sure you could find at least one person with a single sub setup that would work.

I don't think theres any reason to tell them their equipment sucks... even if it is nicely put, you won't convince them to change their minds. Their opinion shouldn't really matter to you, because your opinion doesnt matter to them.

Only a few people know about my system and the brands I run, and I plan to keep it that way. I like it and so does anyone that I allow to listen to it. There's lots of other kids with sub-par systems that do all the talking and everyone thinks they have really good setups. I owned an Audiobahn a1300hct amp before. Was a decent amp. Turned off once on me after running it for a good hour at max volume. Besides that it was a good amp. Just decided it was time to upgrade. Still don't understand why so many people here hate Audiobahn? Yes they arent the best amps (performance wise) but some people just want something that will get what they consider loud and look good both at night and day.

i'd take a sticker...but can uz get onez with audiopipe instead...people round here think thats the best thing since the creation of speakers...and if i ever mention kicker...since most know of them...they find something crappy to say like kickers dont have aluminium cones
