for me 20 is 1.7grams- 1/8 is $40- 1/4 is ~$65- 1/2 is $120-$140

round here we have $20 1/8, $30 1/8, and $60 1/8, the 20$ shit is straight poo either blunt or bong dope and thats about it. some of the $30 stuff is decent. and the $60's is flame as hell.

to answer the main question, if hes a first time drug offender, he should get some service and probation, or a fine and probation, i dont know the laws anywhere outside of boston/orlando really so...it should be pretty minute, but then again those judges can be crazy, especially if he has other charges from the past

ps. having a scale = your gone get *****, depending on that areas weight laws
