Someone made $30 off of me for a list of PS3's that didn't exist......I was dumb... I learned a lesson.

In my opinion, if you have the intention to rip someone off at a rediculous level, you're a scammer. That'd apply here.

Yeah... the guy ****ed himself, this is true.

But that aside, phattony set up the auction with the intention of ****ing someone over, and did just that. Not only is that just completely wrong and immoral, I definitely say that constitutes the title of a "scammer". Setting out with foul intentions which will knowingly harm someone else and benefit you directly is just a bad habit to get into.

Yes, the guy is a moron for buying something without reading, but IMO, phattony is simply a piece of shit and most definately a scammer for intentionally trying to rip somebody off, succeeding, and planning on keeping the money. Isn't that the definition of scammer? He should to the right thing and return the money with the explaination that it was only a test to see how stupid people are and that he should be more wary and read the entire listing before bidding on something. Lesson learned...
