i have a friend that got caught up with a 40 worth of drugs (MARY J) and its his first offense as a adult and hes a lil nervous because he dosent want to get in a lot of trouble. So i'm asking what will he get as a result plus he had a sandwich bag box. a private attorney can prolly get him 6 months probation and court costs.

fine will probably be in the area of $500~750.... prolly better to stick with the PD, it will be cheaper.
