Free Subs And Box 4 U.?

I'd like my brother to get them. He has been so poor for a year. He saved up from his min wage job to go to umpire academy. He just go out a few weeks ago and unfortuantely wasn't picked up for minors. So he was going to head back up to Indiana to work at the same restraunt for min wage and try to pick up ump jobs for a few independents up there. He gets 50 miles down the road and his engine blows the head gasket. Crap luck. So Mom and Dad had to send money down for a rebuild, just so he could get back on the road. While the car was here I threw in some Jensen 3 way coaxs in front and threw the 6.5" "subs" that were part of my goats stock system in powered off a Jensen 50X2 amp. It makes a little noise but not much.

some peeps moms n dads dont have cash to help their kids out.

if u still have them i am interested in them i have no setup in my car, and i am getting into car audio now so idk how u feel about giving them to a little newbie like me but i would really appreciate it =)

no point in you geting them, they would sit idle untill you got the rest of an audio rig together, which might never happen = wasted subs.

When I say my mom got a "new" car i meant new to her. We sold our jeep and used half for the house, and half for her "new" car. As for the prison thing, my dad started a meth habit over ten years ago. He actually hid it from our whole family until he got busted a lil over a year ago. We almost lost everything and she was forced to cash in all of her stocks she used for savings. We both live paycheck to paycheck now. My mom is really struggling like i said. Not to say my sob story is special, im just a kid that would love to hook my mom up, since i cant afford to buy her anything. Thanks for the vote, btw. And god dont burn em, cmon and make my moms day, pleez!!

Theres probably people who deserves it more but i'd throw out there, this isnt for me but my sis, whos a senior in high school and spending all her money on going to basketball tournaments so she can get noticed and hopefully free college. But wants sound system but can't afford, i have an amp id give her for free.

People have said their stories, he ignores them and says guess no one wants these. Some more stories, and he replies with I guess I'll burn them if I don't find them a home soon.

It's like, offering food to kids in Ethiopia, and then saying guess I'll throw the food away where you can't get any since I don't want to give it away to any of you

My friend leaves for japan in a week, he is leaving me a flea market amp for my mom, he also gave her a sony deck the last time he left for the airforce, so she has that covered. The amp is by no means good, but hey itll get the job down so its cool. The car has stock speakers, which arent the worst ive heard, but there is an extreme lack of bass, its basically just moderately loud treble and it blows, for a mom, she loves bass in her cars. Just yesterday november rain was on and she said "man i remember when i like to listen to this song in the jeep" but anywho, please do me a solid and let me hook my mom up, thanks for readin, pick me please!!! im gettin so excited that i just may get them for her, i cant wait till the decision!!

Tis true. you'll be hard pressed to find those kids in here with an amp and HU already though. You'd be better off going to your local ghetto or projects for your candidate. I just through him in the hat. It's your hat, so do what you will. I just hope someone gets these subs. Take care.

Actually yes, i used to do installs all the time in high school, and my sister asked me how much i could help her out cause i used to be into the audio seen, what i have in my car is left over from years past, and i still have an old kicker amp lying around and old powerwire, just no subs and I've told her if id ever came across something id try getting her it because how i know she wants it but no money. lol and sorry I'm not going to post a minor(16 about 17) on internet. O and about basketball thing, ya her team captain just got a full ride, and we have offers already (can't commit as in she finished junior year going into senior, law says can only verbally commit). But ya all her money she makes from working(after long basketball practices goes to traveling expenses) But like i said from some of these story's unless there hoaxes it could be used somewhere else.

I like 60 and all, but I am noticing him dragging out this thread. I mean there are a couple people in here that deserve it, one was Mike Dressure, but he got his friend hooked up and other to me would be this rollingthunder kid. Hook the kid up so he can hook his mom up with some tunes.
