Freaking finally. I think I got it

On the inside? I was going to twist the port counterclockwise just a bit.. to point that inner flare towards the corner little bit. So the opening is not that's close to the wall
Anywhere really. For port to function efficiently and predictably you should keep a port width away from each opening and pretty much anything. Obviously we can cheat here and there and never notice the effects but every time you try to crowd the port results will be unpredictable and you're sacrificing some efficiency.

couldnt you just use a straight port.

it would probably only raise tuning a couple hz if you made it straight and 1/2 port diameter off the back wall.

My only option is to up fire my port. I need 20 inches to make 34 Hertz. I would have to cut that in half to be able to flush mount the top flare. Not to mention I need to Port volume as well. This box will be replacing the box below. I do not want an external tube sticking out of the box. I go to car shows almost every weekend I don't want to have to explain to people why there's a big tube sticking out lol

Don't think it's going to get much tighter. But I think this will work. And still give me enough room around the edges to put a nice half inch bevel around the edges. This will be the top part of the baffle the subwoofers and Port flare will be recessed into this piece on top of another piece of 3/4"

I like it! Think it looks great!
Too bad you couldn't swap the port with the middle sub. You already said you would give up some output for looks...
I was worried I might lose too much. Was also concerned about Port noise. And warned about loading issues. The two subs to one side. Is growing on me. You can definitely tell it's custom
