its just a little one in the cone of my CVX, i thought it was just maybe a pencil mark or something weeks ago when i noticed it but i removed the set up today due to some sound deadener im getting this week //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

and i looked closer when i pulled the subs and its a crack //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

think one like this is/could be effecting anything, just curious.. heres a pic:

it goes from the bottom tip of the emblem down about 1.5"

also, im getting my secondskin tuesday, but wont have time to install until sunday //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif fail.

today was the only day i had off so i removed everything today, if i removed it sunday i wouldnt have time to take everything out, install SS then re-install until the following friday (dont have time for shit) so i decided to take it out today so i can install and re-install sunday

to not have my tunez is like being shot in the left nut it sucks so bad, especially when your used to it

would it be fine for me to strap the box down on my back seat for the next week? might be noob question but curious, it can also give me an idea of how it would sound if i turned my box around and sealed it off from the trunk //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif (since thats what im considering doing.

I would say its not effecting anything YET but once it starts ripping more and making a plastic sound it will cause some nasty noise,I would say seal it up with some type of sealer, not sure what the best would be so let someone else recommend something,I would say gorilla glue because ive heard it bonds good and holds up to some shit but Ive never used it.

i found my L7 was starting to get one. it was used when i got it but that plastic i dont trust for some reason.
yeah plastic does ****, but oh well every company has their own design and kicker decided to go with plastic

i dont see why you couldnt put it in the back seat?
just wanted to make sure lol

just glue her up and let her dry i would say a full 24 hours to b safe. then just go easy and see how it is at first. if all is good then your good to go. i made a hole in one of my 12 inch ssds a few years back it was in the suround and i used epoxy. let it dry and the subs are still going strong(new owner has them)
