Found a car alarm, but needs opinions first!

Well i searched for a few days and found the Viper 350 plus, its a basic alarm but all i want is security, and auto door locks. i can pop the trunk with my old remote...what do you think about it?

Yes I'd say Viper is a safe bet. Do you plan on installing yourself?

well a pro shop that knows how to do it is charging $125 for install, i dont really no how to do it myself, i dont want to mess with somthing i know nothing about, and ruin my cars electrical system.
