lol **** 4cubes is pretty big, how do i net tune?

You tune using 4 cubes. So the air space in the enclosure needs to be 4 cubes after port and speaker displacement.

So the box might end up around 5 cubes total. You can get away with 3 cubes for both...

well i tryed useeing this WINISD program for makein a box and wellll it doesnt look right so im not going to do it.... i have built a few boxes in my day and one slotted port box that came out pretty good actually, i jus put slots and stuff in there and someone told me it came out to 36hz lol

Well if you are serious about building a ported box, you will want to learn the basics. Start here,

Read up a lot, ask a couple of questions and give it a try. I know you will be pleased with those speakers in a nice ported box

we need more deminsions...... how wide is the port? 14.5 is the height right? and your using 3/4 wood and those are the exterior deminsions correct?

TURN THE GAIN DOWN MORON!... if you want more bass, don't use ur gain knob as a volume knob, GET MORE SUBS or better subs...

Turn up the sub vol on the HU... adjust you're gain on you're amp for you're speakers in the doors(comps) if you got one, maybe its too high too, over powering the sub, hehe...

more port area..... do like 60 sqin and the subs take up around .15 or so each.

lol nvm i got bored and baught a MTX THUNDER 1501D 1500w amp and two 12" kicker L7 subs, all used but amp is almost new and subs look beat 2 hell but they still pound, for $325 i thought it was a really good deal
