Formula Competition Series????

has anyone ever heard of this company? A guy at work just got one and he's wanting me to hook it up to my CVR's to see if the amp will power them. The amp is a MACH-5170 4 channel "high power". I just want to know if anyone here has ever tried one of these amps before. Its funny though...for an amp that supposedly puts out 400w, im assuming max in ideal conditions, has a 10 amp fuse.

10 amp fuse will not put out 400 watts

10 x 14= 140 watts.......
