You should really quit spewing out false info on the ZR1.

The Corvette ZR1 has a carbon fiber body; hood, roof, fenders, splitter. Some parts are visible carbon fiber & some are painted....the only body parts that aren't carbon fiber are the doors & trunk lid....which have carbon fiber shells, but are reinforced with heavier materials.

I'm willing to bet that carbon fiber costs more than whatever is used on the body of your beloved european cars, that costs 500% what the ZR1 sales for.

I'll always prefer American cars, but I voted for Nissan. Having driven a tricked out '71 240z, it's quite the experience.

But I suppose that car doesn't quite fall under the same category as fart can racers

The ZR1 isn't a muscle car (Corvette's are classified as sports cars anyway), it's an american supercar.

But true, Ferrari & Lamborghini will always be put on a higher pedestal. It's just funny to see GM make a car of the same quality, that cost 20% what they run, & outperforms them.
