i have a 97 taurus ( i am told ) and it has 2, 5x7 speakers in the back. from the inside of the car there are 2 grills that cover them up, but if i go in the trunk there is another hole inbetween them that is a 6x9. on the inside of the car its covered by a carpet panel or something like that. i pushed on it from in the trunk and it moves the back break light thats in the back window forward( along with everything behind the back seat)... then i read that its suposed to be the subwoofer and only 96's have them. can i put a speaker in here??? and if so how would I?
i was also wondering how to hook up the speakers to an amp, becuase i plan on getting alpine type r speakers all around. (i have a sony xplod cd deck) 52w X 4
