I had a salad for lunch today. It had white cheese and ham and cucumbers and shrooms and ranch dressing on it. It was good.

I usually always get a salad when I go out. I like lots of shit on mine though. Like if I get a salad bar somewhere, I get iceburg lettece, shredded american cheese, shredded mozzeralla cheese, bacon bits, eggs, these little beanie balls(cant remember name) and ranch dressing. Oh and some mild onions, usually cut up. That shit is da bomb!

it depends on what you put on it. when i was a manager at burger king and looked over our nutrition facts, the chicken ceaser salad had just as much fat and calories as the whopper.

I am sure it is possible, but if you went lo cal on dressing and ate just romaine lettece with tomatoes and onions and low cal croutons you would be fine. I do that once in a while. Dont know why really, I should do it all the time.

Now all they need to make is a low cal burger. Maybe put a cow on a diet or something. That would be cool.

True, but I hate the taste of it, hence the reason I only eat it once in a blue moon. Mom is always telling me to eat it. When I had my iguana, I would put him under the table and feed it to him, lol!
