there both ran by IA directly, SSA is just where there new at. CSO is pretty much dead nowadays. Forums are ways to communicate with customers, i think the more places to communicate the better

I meant in General Forums but yes 10 threads a day wouldn't be to hard to manage

A companies "official" forums should be in 1 location so customers can easily navigate for questions with other customers or possible company personnel.

why does it matter as long as you get service from both places. Seems like a post just to ***** about something or another around every corner here anymore.
