Focal or MB Quart?

Right now I have a JL Audio Amp 300/2 pushing one Focal 27V1 and I love it! Im looking at upgrading my system though. I have a JL Audio Amp 500/1 thats going to be pulled out of the closet and I was going back in forth on my sub choice:

Do I get another Focal 27V1(there on clearance at a store here for $139)

or go with a MB Quart 12" Premium Sub

or maybe some other choice I haven't looked at?

I'm looking at keeping my choices under the $200 and can take 500w RMS. I listen to a lot of metal so I want something with a little SQ.
