Focal 40KX vs. Morel Ultimo 12

I'm doing front stage with Focal 165K2P comps and no rear stage, just the sub. All sorts of music, so it needs to be clear as well as strong. Amp will be a PDX-1.1000 or 1.600.

Any thoughts on the matter?
