I dont know anything about the power but what do you reccomend the size amp i want to have 2 sets of these speakers

Alpine Pdx4.150 would be a nice choice, it does 150w rms x 4. also on the focal you may want to get the k2p (UV Upgraded Series), from what i hear they have a better x over compared to the regular k2p's.
