Flush Mounting Tweets in Door????

I have a freind who wants to flush mount his tweets in his door panel, and I was wondering is the right tool to make the circles for the tweets to fit in

Is there anything else I should be aware of before doing this, precautions or tips?? He has a 2005 Infiniti FX35 if that matters.

I've used that before, or lightly traced the circle w/ a pencil or something, make a starting hole w/ a drill bit and then carefully complete the circle freehand w/ the dremel.

Watch out with the hole saw or you will be in the same problem I am.

I would use the one slightly smaller than your tweeter. I cut the hole out too big on mine and now it doesn't fit snug.

I am trying find a small piece of ABS plastic locally to fix the issue.

Watch what you are drilling into. You want to make sure you aren't binding anything and stuff like that.

It's pretty easy unless you screw it up. When you screw up, it makes the install rather hard.

Make sure you know exactly what is behind what you are drilling into. Don't assume. We all know what that does...
