Flush Mounting Tweets in Door????

I've used that before, or lightly traced the circle w/ a pencil or something, make a starting hole w/ a drill bit and then carefully complete the circle freehand w/ the dremel.

Watch out with the hole saw or you will be in the same problem I am.

I would use the one slightly smaller than your tweeter. I cut the hole out too big on mine and now it doesn't fit snug.

I am trying find a small piece of ABS plastic locally to fix the issue.

I have that same hole set......You have to be careful ...but the end results can be nice...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Watch what you are drilling into. You want to make sure you aren't binding anything and stuff like that.

It's pretty easy unless you screw it up. When you screw up, it makes the install rather hard.
