Flush mounting Crystal SSCS-6 tweeters help

I just got my set of components. Was taking a look at them. I plan to flush mount the tweeter in my door panel. Now heres the tricky part cause I have no pics: Do I leave the tweeters in the holder they come in and flush mount them that way? Do I use one of the other pieces that came with them? Do I use any of these holders?

Also what should I secure them with? anything? or just have them fit in there snug?

Sorry for no pics, but if you have this component set you'll know what I'm talking about.
