was responding to cravingbassehhh 400bucks what?
as for the location are you talking about tampa??
It will go purple in less then a year. But I live in indiana, and a friend did mine with WALMART 2 1/2% tint for $30.
What makes the tint go purple anyways? If I keep it nice and dont clean it with chemicals i shouldnt...
it is a tint with a clear thicker film over it since the section that is peeling at my dirvers side window is a curling clear film. the back window is starting to "let go" which there is a 3" long n' slim air bubble. also on my rear passenger side window there is a tiny little air bubble in the center of the window. to me i thought it was factory since the way they did the tinting was pretty **** clean lol. all lines are straight nice clean cuts.to the OP
Factory tint is in the glass and will not peal. If there is two layers, one tinted and one clear then the clear may be a thicker safety film.
If you want to keep your rear defroster then do not let the shop scrape the film, it will cost a lot more to remove but some people are willing to pay it.
here is the thing. there are no tinting places where i live. hence, why i'm asking the forum.Dood. Open A Phone Book Or Search Online. And Call Around.

as for the rear defroster, it doesn't work. there is a little module that is tack welded to ground the defroster unit that sits under the rear dash panel. well that tack weld broke from the pressue and flexing of that panel and left me w/o a working rear defroster. no biggie though, your freezing winter is my sitting out in the sun with flip flops on. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
