Flip out screen won't flip

I bought my truck from a dealer, which has a Alpine IVA-D900 head unit, and the screen was working but a few days later the screen would not flip out. The buttons across the top of the unit (which are the buttons you would use to open the screen) are not lit up like the rest of the buttons, and they do not make a little beep sound when you press them. Is this a fuse or something internal?

Sounds internal. Is there a "reset" button on the player? Not familiar with alpines indashes.

Sounds definitely like a internal problem.

Try finding a reset button or takeing your ground off the battery under the hood for a few minutes. If that dose not help than call alpine I am sure they will help you out.

I pushed the reset button a few times and get nothing.
