I went on ebay today and had a message from ebay about a non paying bidder. Asking me if I wanted to open a case or ask the buyer to cancel the transaction.

Thats what I am trying to do. He has 4 days to repond. If no response the transaction is cancelled and my fees reversed. And I'll just keep the amp and use it.
