Ok, I'm looking to pick up an amp and box for my sub.

I have heard the best to the worst about getting audio equiptment from these places. I need personal/friend stories about getting your stuff here. Thanks!

my friend got a dual 12" sealed box for $30 after bargaining (it was $40). it wasn't 3/4" mdf though, it was probably 5/8" mdf. pretty well built enclosure, but it's probably a good idea to re-seal all the seams for leaks.

as far as amps, it would probably be better to get them off ebay. they had a 12" CVR for $100 when you can get a pair on ebay for $140.

if i were u i would save the car audio for online, and buy a pair of REAL oakley sunglasses at the flea market for $5!!!! and there $120 at the store!!
