Flared ports...how you do that

If I ran this piece of hardwood trim through my moulder. how many people would be interested?? I would need a good many orders to justify the setup and I would also have to make the knives but this would make the kerfed port very simple.

Most people here are probably do-it-yourselfers who probably can pretty much do this themselves since it's just a bunch of straight saw cuts. I dunno ...

Just put a plexi top on 3 boxes.
! with kerfed everything, one with 45's, and one with plain ol construction.

Add smoke machine or dry ice and check the stream line. Would be neat to see.

During 4th of July, I almost convinced myself to toss one of those 5 minute smoke bombs in my enclosure and just blast like a 30Hz tone for awhile. I imagined it would look pretty **** cool.
