Ok, i traded all my stuff bout 6 months ago for a 4wheeler, now guy wanted to trade back, so i got all my stereo back, plus alot of new stuff that he just bought. 2 BL 18's, 2 sundown sax1500ds. I had subs up, port back in expedition, box bout 20 cubes before subs and port, 200+ square inches of port, sounded real good, box before:

design for wall behind front seats, still 20 cubes before sub and port, same amount of port area:

both boxes designed by chris at fishercustoms. Should i go back to the first one, with subs up, port back or go ahead and do the wall? I really dont want to wall behind back seat.

i dont want to wall behind back seat, i asked about any suggestions if it would be louder walled or go back to what i had. This is first setup i had that was subs up, port back. I have had several civics walled, they were small and that was only way to go with something big. Now i dont know if its worth it to wall this expedition

I'm guessing a wall would be louder it just sucks losing all that space. I guess I need the space more having a kid and all but backseats can be usefull.

I had a friend who walled his denali off with 8 12s behind the back seat, it was kinda useless. Wall behind the front or don't wall it at all. Just my 2 cents.

yeah, i only use my truck as work truck. if we go anywhere on weekends we always take the wife's car. I probably end up walling behind front seats and just work on gettin it sealed off from the back.

yeah, thats what i was talkin about. im not walling behind backseat, pointless to me, im goin to start takin out backseat tomorrow before i go to work

Good choice. His was more for show then go but still wasn't worth the time and money imo.

alright man, thanks. i was already leanin toward the wall, but just couldnt make up my mind. I would rather have my space in the back of truck for other stuff than have the backseat.
