Where's the best places to grab flac files besides ripping straight from a cd?

ill be completely honestly unless you have some really good equipment, listen to it really loud and have a well trained ear go with the 320KBPS. more amps/ speakers wont reveal the transparency differences between the 320 and flac with road noise unless you have the output and low distortion drivers/setup to do so..
