fixing 12" subs

Im tryin to fix these 12" xplod woofers and I wanna know how would I go about taking the magnet part off because the voice coil wire is damaged and needs to be replaced.

if the coil is damaged that speaker is toast, and the magnet wont come off without tearing the speaker apart.

aint no body got no dam jackhammers round here. the phuckin rim sized speaker couldn't even fit in my bonnie. but seriously my cuzo own a rim/audio shop in shit and he told me he might be gettin those in and was thinkin about a way to do somethin.
