So i need to fix these box and I'm gonna be making new holes. What's the best way to fill these holes. With glue or slicone or if you have any other ideas please let me know. It's just this one side the other side is fine and have small screw holes. But this side got messed up bc I was in a rush and messed it up.

I was thinking of using wood filler

I definitely will this time. I'm gonna screw into the wood filler so I'm gonna use wood filler and then use wood glue to push the bumps back flat. I wish I was patient but it will be fine hopefully

1st pic is after modification on a double baffle mdf/single baffle mounting... tuned lower and rowdy. Second pic is a 38hz tuned 18" spl box... 3rd pic is well... lol.

Slappin' wipers hi or low don't matter imo, that "box" was single ply double baffled /w/ single baffle mounting.

152.5 @ 47hz thru 151 @ 36hz it held up. Be careful and understand an overbuilt design can still get ragged out.

Elegant with min materials is how I roll, they say or something... lol. Kinda' like how I approach output vs watts.

Okay bet. That's really cool, also I noticed that there is a Rattle sound when the subs play but it's not the subs. I think it could be the box because I didn't glue down the top yet could that be a possibility or with the wires hitting the box be the problem? I tested the subs and it plays fine

Build it like some force of nature is going to power your bass, Cabin to box be sure of everything and it'll most likely do the job. I had to say "most likely" because after 30yr+ there are unfortunately some who struggle to break 140db musically.

Watch the hood flex
