He is suggesting that the thread starter is an idiot. If you are perma-banned and attempt to circumvent this by creating a username, your future and subsequent usernames will also be banned. Admitting to having been banned previously and starting a new user name is not particularly bright as it will likely result in another banning.

I know what he meant by the post, thanx, but um no. I don't have the patience to make another user name and then come and vent about being banned. I take my bans very well. I actually laugh about it, and just come back when it's over. Not something I am going to get all worked up about.

On the other hand, for a grown-*** adult to beg a mod to ban me for talking shit back to him, that mod is just as much a ***, as he is.
