First time box build pictures....

I tried this stuff and it ruins the vinyl.. Does anybody have anything that can be used on vinyl and will stick well? Its a faux black leather vinyl material and everything I see does not work with vinyl:crap: Going to search online also... Prob should have just gotten real leather...

iirc Lowes sells a roll on type contact cement that should work for vinyl.

Or check with a local upholstery shop and see what they use.

not liking the design, but the build sure looks nice, especially for a first time.

Yea I will try the tape at lowes... If not I will paint it its not that big of a deal.. It will look good either way. I am located 20 Miles North of Bloomington. Also what do you not like about the design? The port being so close to the wall? The inner port is about 6" away from the actual sub.

Yea found some stuff like that online.. I will go to Lowes or one of the home stores and check it out. Thinking I might put the top on and get the box started. I can wire it up through the hole for the terminal and woofer no problems. Just want ot make 100% sure the flush mount is right LOL.. Would be pissed to get it all done and have to take a bit more off. Rusty said 11.25" dia will be good though.

I wish I had learned to work with wood b4 I made my first box....lol. I never needed to learn till then, needless to say my 1st box was junk. Nice work!
