Honestly, if he does have all of those he should work out an agreement with Fi, wither license the design or an agreement to sell them to Fi.

I agree. But if I understand the situation correctly, Fi holds all the cards, and T3 should be acting a bit more amicable rather than confrontational and demanding. But that's just this outsider's perspective.
