Everybody thinks they (Fi T3 Eclipse etc..) own the patent and the first MFG's still own part of it.

Why do you think the SMD moofer is taking so long to hit the market?

Fi wants it all to themselves and thats not going to happen. T3 will still make some of the best woofers on the planet with that basket. Not to mention TC will be bringing back their stuff.
