first go at door pannel pods kinda

viechle 1990 chevy suburban. no provisions for door speakers from factory at all. none

also window motor it totaly in the way pressed basicly right up against the door all the way up in the front area - so cutting them in to the doors is most likely a terrible mistake.

external pods are needed.

pic shows pasanger side door stock - the lower carpet pannel is just attached with screws to the door remove - trace to wood - build pod to fit and test. then fleece and glass.

fiberglassed the inside as well.

had to do them in place on viechle - apply plastic and quickly wet the whole fleece and close the door to allow the stupid seat floor hump area to press the fleece to shape so the door closes properly / the pod fits just exactly as it can
