first box questions?

hey guys im workin on my first box, for the most part everything is working out ok. i did some cuts and i ran in to some issues thats fine. i jumped the gun and glued the back peace to the bottom of my board befor i did all my cuts. all the builds i see you guys wait tell u do all your cuts is that a big no no? all so should i wait to drill from the bottom board up to the back board tell i at least get the left side on and right side? i went to do that yesterday and i wanted to predrill and my stupid bit got cought up in the wood and when i went to backout the bit it got stock lol. i got a hamer and pulled it out with out brakin the wood but the back board pulled away from the bottom. lol

It doesnt matter what order you cut, or piece together. I just like to get everything cut so I can sweep the garage and dont have sawdust everywhere when i put it together.

I have no idea what your talking about with the bit getting stuck

i went to pre drill and my bit got stock in the wood . everything is fine, should glue the sides on then screw or just do all the glueing first?

I normally just glue everything first then toss a few screws in where i think it needs it most lol

i made a thread, ram made the plan , i will have some pics up in a week or so. im starting to feel a little under the weather today. im gona take the day off from work.

hey guys i have my box done i have to say its not the best lol but its a start. i want was it ok for me to use some wood filler around my box to fill in some gaps? i have to sand and carpet the box still.

Yeah wood filler is okay, but if they are actual holes in the box you probably want to caulk it first.

i will have some pics soon, i placed a order for some carpet. there is no holes just some of my cuts where not good. tbh it was the top part i must of rushed to get it done i think it started to rain a little and i said f it. anyways i should get some pics soon.
