Is there gap on the bottom of the front plate near the port?

The base is bigger so I had some room to work with. I am going to sand it down when I am done.

Today I sanded it all down and stuff. Tomorrow is primer. Wednesday is paint. I am using a fleck paint on it so I think it will look good.

Alright well I got it painted.

This is the stuff I painted it with. Let me tell you, it works AMAZING. It goes on a lot easier than spray paint and it covers the surface FAST. I only used one can on the whole box. ($7) So yeah, I would recommend it.

Heres a couple pics of it drying. The pictures don't do any justice. The sun was too bright so they didn't come out too good. It looks about 10xbetter in person ha. This baby looks exactly like it would if I made the box out of stone. Don't mind the screw holes, I am screwing the screws back in.

And the amp I just got in the mail yesterday.. so heres a pic of that.

Why can't I install an amp?

Yeah it does, but I could care less about the base. It's not what really matters //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif And plus, it looks stupid like that but i will look better when it's in my trunk.

Nice...have you listened to it yet? I thought they only recommend 1.0 per sub?

Nope haven't had a listen yet. I would get it all wired up tomorrow but its supposed to rain/flurry so it'd be better on Friday when the weather is a little warmer and clear. Then I will give it a listen and possibly somehow get a sample on here?
