Theres almost always a place to drill and when there isnt, run it under and drill up.

its a ford check the far drives side firewall for a small empty grommet that you can push out

Like Famous said if not through the firewall then run it under and drill up through the floor board. I actually just ran mine along the inside of the frame rail and then up through the floor in the rear cargo area. Of course it's different for me since I have a Tahoe, but you can do something similar.
