Finding right capacitor

Can someone tell me what is an good capacitor to buy for my 2013 Honda Civic
Any generic capacitor is terrible to use. They usually waste more power than they help. They just create a larger load for you alt to charge. The super caps and some similar one are the only good ones and they are only really useful for competition. They supply a large about of current for a short amount of time. So unless your trying to compete in an spl class then i would avoid a cap. Do the big 3 upgrade that Los recommended and that will help more than any cap will.

I have 2013 Honda Civic there aren't any other then stock alternators and I read in the forums after 2012 it's computerized so even a aftermarket would will put out same amount of amps

2 Ohm stereo and 2 ohm mono would be safe enough and serve well with decent power and battery bank, spec built enclosure Tuned properly, deadening doors ect for front stage

Not sure what that means but I have two of these CompVX 12 Inch Subwoofer | KICKER® with a KICKER | KXA1600.1 Amplifier for speakers I have some pioneers all around but I'm about change them to
With KICKER | KS Series 6.5" Components

this amp

KICKER | KXA400.4 Amplifier

But the guy who is going to install this said to get a capacitor for an just in case. So I figure I will ask around for more opinions

The guy who installs it has no idea what he's recommending. recommend just having decent sized battery in the back and you should be fine. If you ever want to go bigger. look up what the ELD bypass is for hondas. You can easily fit a mechman/us alt, singer or excessive amperage alt in there and have it working with no issues.
