Finally!!!!

i thought the 2600 were each on a sub with 1300 sorry..
1 amp per pair of subs.. = 1300 each. Thats what you though because you don't understand impedance rise. FSD 2600s dynod 2700 at 14.0 volts but clamped power after rise is no where near that.

Gets really old seeing so many people saying "my 12 is getting 5k" Just because they have a 5k amp. Clamped power is no where near that but they keep telling people "yeah that sub will take 5k"

I think that's the beauty of an Amm-1, same numbers as clamping with no math needed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i understand all that and clamp is specific to car and electrical/wires etc but he's running a 2k amp to 2 18's u ran a 2600 amp to 2 12 either way u go u had more power than he has and he was worried 1k each was to much... yes only u guys that compete worry about clamped power to everyone else u had 1300 per sub and like u said it was more than that then - rise which depends some on box size and what the amp does around 3 ohm which COULD be about 600 or so could be 500 could be 750 so more than mine or his i'm sure don't know by how much.. not everyone is gonna be exact as u pointed out with the longgggggg watts u said i was claiming,, cause i'm not spending $ to find out how much power amp makes or what spl i have cause i'm not competing.. so u ran a 2600 amp to 2 12's everyone still sees that as 1300 per sub so how is it wrong to say that?

Only people who don't know what the fuck they are talking about say that.. Including you.. So stop saying that... Ive seen MANY post of you telling people Im putting 1300 to each 12 I have. Which is BS and I've never even claimed anything about the amount of power I'm putting to my subs.

You need to chill out with all your post trying to "help" people. 3000 post in 9 months and you run under 1000 watts in a prefab. You need to sit back and learn and stop giving advise.
