4700 sq ft, edit 850k* mil i think.. Deck w labor was 16k

not to bad, but pocket change for them...

Got the job through a friend a while back when me and 2 other guys did the siding , facia and soffit. It was to hard, just time consuming

To bad in a 2-3 years it will look like crap. All the cuts will be off, wood will warp, and all that other good stuff. I say if your gonna do a really nice deck, don't use wood. Use the composite material. Its well worth the price in the long run. Nothing more annoying then spending a lot of time making all the cuts perfect (hand rails especially!!!) and everything just to come back a year or so latter and have it look like crap!!!

You did one hell of a job on that deck man. And you work to cheap. Ive delivered material for decks in the 10-15K range just for materials, and they werent even HALF that size of deck. Your work is amazing.

Tis True. We sell some stuff called TimberTech decking. Its VERY nice stuff, expensive though.
