Figured out what to use. What do you guys think?

After setting up a system in my brother's truck, I have the car audio fever again. I have figured out what I think am gonna use, and I would like the opinions of the more knowledgealbe (you guys)as to if I am getting the right equipment.

I am gonna be using this amp (already have it): http://www.woofersetc.com/p5815/XP600D--Crossfire-Mono-600-Watt-Amplifier.htm

and I am gonna be using three of these subs wired to about 1.5 ohms. I am kind of on a budget, and don't have a lot of air space.(behind back seat of a crew cab F-250. subs must be less than 5 3/8 deep. I am not sure about a head unit yet, but it will surely be something reputable with good pre amp voltage. I will also be running a good 4 gauge wiring kit.

The thing I am really questioning is whether these three 8's will out perform two tens just like them at one ohm. I just want them to be loud and clear. Thanks for reading this, Jake.

2 10's would be better, or even shallow mount 12's

could do better for the money. checkout the classifieds on here. saz1500d's run about the same price as the amp you chose. the E8's fit the bill and you'll probably be much happier.

those MB-Q's that you posted are more towards the SQ end of the spectrum, so they wont be terribly loud. So if thats fine with you get them. Should give you a nice substage, but probably wouldn't be too overpowering.

Thus, as always it depends on your goals.
