It looks good... but your probably better off with 3/4 MDF on those flat parts...

Yeah use MDF WHEREVER, you can. IF ITS BIGGER THEN ABOUT 1'x1' use MDF, itll be WAY stronger, and you will save HUGE amounts on ****en mat, which is exspensive as fawk.
