FI Recone Help

I sent an email to sales@ficaraudio.com asking about reconing certain subs/motors etc back on November 8th. Should I be sending my email somewhere different?

I've yet to hear back from them, and while I don't mean to sound impatient or anything, I would really like to get a few answers.

If someone could point me in the right direction or answer some of my questions I would greatly appreciate it.

they have been really busy lately, and their email provider has been messing up. Give them time and they will get back to you, or go to their forum on soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum and put it up there

It's hard to find, when you're not looking for it. My apologies I am not informed of the many many forums dedicated to car audio. I asked here because I know there are FI reps who visit the site, but I was unaware of who they were, so I could not go to them directly.
